Roy Yamaguchi’s “South Shore Swell”

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum
3 Pineapple Chunks
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Mint Leaves
2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 Calamansi Lime

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Muddle pineapple, mint, and kaffir with the lime juice and syrup. Add Sammy’s Rum, squeeze calamansi lime, fill with ice and shake. Pour into a 16 oz glass and top with club soda.
