1 Cartons of Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Concentrate
1 Fresh Vanilla Bean
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
6 oz. of Clover Honey
4 Organic Eggs
6 oz. Sammy Hagars Beach Bar White Rum
2 oz. Sammy Hagars Beach Bar Kola Rum
2 oz. Gonzalez Byass Oloroso Sherry (Pedro)
Glassware: Riedel Champagne Flute
Garnish: Fresh Ground Nutmeg

The Eggnog is everyone’s favorite holiday cocktail… that is unless you don’t drink dairy! This wonderful variation on the classic substitutes whole milk with creamy Almond Milk, fresh Vanilla bean, Clover Honey, Whole Organic Eggs, Nutmeg and Cinnamon… of course it just wouldn’t be a proper Nog without some of Sammy Hagar’s Beach Bum Rum, blended with Sammy’s Kola Rum and Oloroso Sherry!
