Sammy’s/Emeril’s Tchouptail

INGREDIENTS:

1 ¾ oz. Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum
½ oz. Strega
1 oz. Thyme & Citrus juice blend by The Perfect Puree Of Napa
½ oz. Lemon Juice Strained
¼ oz. Elderflower Syrup
2-3 dashes of Orange Flower bitters
½ Pasteurized Egg White

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Serve over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with an edible flower, lime wheel.
