The Beach Bar Mojito Slushee is perfect for a bright and sunny day in Florida. 


(Makes 4 servings)

½ c. of Beach Bar Rum Blanco

½ c. of fresh lime juice

¼ c. of agave

2 oz of mint liqueur

Zest of 2 limes


Mint sprigs and lime slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS: Assemble rum, lime juice, agave, mint leaves and zest into a blender until smooth. Add ice until it has a slushy consistency. Add mint and lime slices to a chilled glass to garnish the perfect pre-concert cocktail.
